Working 10-12 hours a day is really too much.
I was glad to get back home from KC. I took a day off after I flew back. I thought I could spend the day at home clearing up some stuff, like writing the trip report and sorting out priorities of work for the coming weeks. But I didn’t do any work. I stayed home, browsing the web, reading friend’s diaries.
My only accomplishment was that I had the mechanics came to clean air conditioning and install the new phone. All this with my sister help in calling and arranging the time with the building management.
And I went to see Matrix Reloaded. It was a pretty good decision though, as I had to work every day since I came back. I wouldn’t have had a chance to go see it after work, and I think now it is off the theaters already.
Today the network was down early morning. Most people could not do any work as we rely soooo much on computers and network. I was lucky (or actually Unlucky?) that I did not turn off my computer last night, so I could work. It took almost two hours to get the network problem fixed.
Mom called to tell that my new sofa is finished. She said it is perfect for laying down, but a little bit too wide for sitting upright. However, I kinda like my sofa that way, I lay down watching TV most of the time anyway. I wished I could get it today, but I have to work late everyday this week. I will have to call my brother to figure out the date to deliver my sofa. May be I can get it this weekend!
